Occupation: Menhir sculptor and deliveryman

Obelix is a large, strong man who works as a menhir sculptor and deliveryman. He is Asterix's best friend and they often go on adventures together. Obelix is known for his love of food, especially wild boar, and his strength. He fell into a cauldron of magic potion as a baby, which gave him his superhuman strength. He is not allowed to drink the potion again, which he considers unfair. Obelix is a simple man who loves his dog Dogmatix and enjoys spending time with his friends. He is always ready for a fight with the Romans and is always up for a good time.
